If you forget it: open the app → tap "Forgot password?" on the lock screen → load your saved JSON file → set a new password. Everything restores instantly.
This is why saving your data file regularly is important. It is both your backup and your password recovery key.

app, WhatsApp, or Google Drive (wherever you saved it last).

recognise it and ask you to set a new password.
